Due to whose efforts was Dungarpur Prajamandal established?

The Dungarpur Prajamandal was established in 1944 through the efforts of Bhogilal Pandya, who served as its first President. Revered as the "Gandhi of Vaagad" for his social and political work in the Vaagad region, Pandya led the movement against feudal rule in the princely state of Dungarpur. He was assisted by associates such as Shivlal Kotadia (General Secretary), Hari Dev Joshi and Gauri Shankar Upadhyay. For his lifelong service he was honoured with the Padma Bhushan in 1976.
