Who was the leader of the Barad Peasant Movement of Bundi State?

The Barad Peasant Movement (also called the Bundi Kisan Andolan) was a major agrarian uprising in the princely state of Bundi, Rajasthan, begun in April 1922 against the state's excessive taxation, the Begar (forced-labour) system, and other exploitative demands placed on farmers by the princely administration.

Pandit Nayanu Ram Sharma organized and led the farmers of the Barad region through this movement, mobilizing them against these unjust practices and pressing the Bundi state to roll back the taxes and Begar demands.
