Concept
In a Venn (logical) diagram, a circle drawn completely inside another circle means the inner category is entirely a sub-set of the outer one; two circles drawn apart with no contact mean the two categories are mutually exclusive (no member is common). So to pick the right figure we must decide, for each pair, whether one is a sub-set of the other, whether they overlap partly, or whether they are completely separate.
Application
Wheat is a Rabi crop: it is sown in winter (October-November) and harvested in spring. Every wheat plant is a Rabi crop, so the Wheat group lies entirely within the Rabi-Crop group, that is, one circle wholly inside another.
Paddy (rice) is a Kharif crop, sown with the monsoon (June-July). It is NOT a Rabi crop, and it is not wheat. So Paddy shares nothing with either Rabi-Crop or Wheat, that is, a completely separate circle.
Cross-check
So the required picture needs a small circle wholly inside a bigger circle (Wheat inside Rabi-Crop) and a third circle standing apart with no contact (Paddy). The figure showing a large circle with a smaller circle inside it together with one separate circle is the only one that matches both conditions, so it is the correct relation.
