Show answer & explanation
Correct answer: B
Answer: Cannot get promotion.
Reason: He fails multiple mandatory requirements.
Insufficient service: he has worked for 3 years but the rule requires at least 4 years of service.
Age requirement not met: he is 27 years old but must be above 28 and below 35.
Criminal record: he was arrested for drink-and-drive, which violates the rule that an employee must not be involved in any criminal case.
Additional checks: He meets the education (graduation), promotion and interview test scores (around 80%), and academic average (60% exceeds the 55% requirement). However, meeting some conditions does not compensate for the mandatory failures listed above.
Conclusion: Because several mandatory conditions are unmet, he is not eligible for promotion and no referral to senior manager or CEO applies.
