Given below are the conditions of promoting an employee to the manager post in a particular organization. The employee must:

1. Have given at least 4 years’ service to the organization

2. Have completed his graduation

3. Have scored 65% marks as the time of his interview test.

4. Have passed in the promotion test

5. Have worked for 210 hours per month in the past one year.

6. Not have any pending enquiry against him nor he must have been intricate in any criminal case

7. Be below 35 years of age but above 28 years of age

8. Have good academic record throughout his academic carrier with an average of 55% marks. Conversely in case of an employee who:

9. Satisfies all the above conditions except (3) but have successfully passed interview test and have worked for 210 hours in a month for 1 year, should be referred to the senior manager for the ultimate decision.

10. Satisfies all the above mentioned conditions except (8) the employee is to be referred to the CEO of the organization.
