Answer: A minimum of 14 days' notice is required. Law (Article 61): "No motion for presentation of a charge of impeachment against the President shall be moved unless at least fourteen days' notice has been given." Either House of Parliament may prefer a charge of impeachment.
Before moving the motion presenting such a charge, at least fourteen days' prior notice must be given (this is the constitutional minimum).
If the motion is admitted and the charge is proved after investigation, the President may be removed by a resolution passed by not less than two-thirds of the members present and voting in each House.
