Patwon ki Haveli in Jaisalmer is not one building but a complex of five interconnected havelis, built between 1805 and around 1860 by the wealthy trader Guman Chand Patwa for his five sons. Because all five havelis stand side by side sharing elaborately carved yellow-sandstone facades, filigree jharokhas, and mirrored interiors, the complex is recognised - including in RSSB's official Patwar 2025 Shift 1 answer key - as the largest and most intricately carved haveli in Jaisalmer.
