I.
L is 3rd left of K ⇒ with 5 people in a row the only possibilities put L two places left of J (because J is 2nd right of L). In both possible placements the person immediately to the right of J is K. So I alone suffices.
II.
N is 2nd to the right of J ⇒ N = J+2.
K is immediate left of N ⇒ K = N−1 = J+1.
So K is immediately to the right of J. Hence II alone also suffices.
Therefore either statement by itself determines who is immediately right of J → option C.
