Which is not a major crop of Rajasthan?

Rajasthan has a dry and arid climate, with low rainfall and limited water availability. Because of this, crops that require less water are mainly grown here.

Major crops of Rajasthan include:

• Millet (Bajra) → Staple crop, grows well in dry conditions

• Maize → Grown in some regions with moderate rainfall

• Groundnut → Important oilseed crop

However, sugarcane requires a large amount of water and humid conditions, which are not suitable for most parts of Rajasthan. Hence, it is not a major crop of the state.
