Who was the first Election Commissioner of Madhya Pradesh?

Shri N. B. Lohani was the first State Election Commissioner of Madhya Pradesh. The Madhya Pradesh State Election Commission was constituted on 1 February 1994, and Shri N. B. Lohani assumed charge as its first commissioner on 15 February 1994, serving until February 2000. Note that Shri Gopal Sharan Shukla, listed among the options, was the second commissioner who succeeded him.
