Who is the first lady from Madhya Pradesh to conquer Mount Everest?

Megha Parmar, who hails from Bhoj Nagar village in the Sehore district of Madhya Pradesh, is recognised as the first woman from Madhya Pradesh to summit Mount Everest. She reached the summit on 22 May 2019, hoisting the Indian tricolour on the world's highest peak. She reached the top early that morning, ahead of the other Madhya Pradesh mountaineer who summited later the same day.
