Concept: Only a feature that lets you flag content with a due date/reminder and sync it into a tracked task list counts as "managing tasks, to-do lists, and deadlines efficiently" — manually typing a checklist into a document or a spreadsheet grid is not the same as a dedicated, trackable task feature.

Application: Among these four Office apps, only OneNote's desktop-app Outlook Tasks integration lets you select a line, list item, or paragraph in a note and flag it with a due date or reminder; the flagged item is added to Outlook's task list, stays synced in both directions, and surfaces reminders there.

Contrast: the other three do not offer this dedicated task feature:

• Word is built for authoring and formatting text documents (letters, reports); any checklist typed inside it is static text with no due date, reminder, or task-list sync behind it.

• Excel is built for spreadsheets and calculations; rows can be typed to look like a to-do list, but the grid itself carries no built-in reminder or task-tracking behaviour.

• PowerPoint is built for slide-based presentations; it has no feature anywhere in the app for attaching a due date or reminder to a piece of content.

So, of the four, OneNote is the one that includes a native way to flag notes as tasks with deadlines and reminders.
