I have a doubt regarding my Central OBC-NCL caste certificates. I actually have two of them right now:
1.Issued on 30/01/2025
2.Issued on 24/10/2025
and 1 state caste certificate
issued on 4/8/2025

Will either of these be accepted by the authorities during DV, or do I need to get a affidavit?
Does EMRS strictly look at a specific cut-off date/financial year, or does it completely depend on the mood of the DV checking officer on that day?
