The website is getting too slow when the total learners are reaching more than 350. In the evening, I am spending 10-15 minutes to watch a 2-minute video, and the same issue occurs while attempting PYQs and practice questions.
The app features are very good and user-friendly, but there is a lack in performance and speed, and it needs to be optimized.

Someone from the support team did get in touch with me and the issue was fixed, but it only worked for that one day — the problem came back the very next day and it's still happening. Would appreciate it if this could be prioritized. I am unable to upload video for this issue in chat box, getting failure so I have shared on WhatsApp. Thanks again!
