डियर मैम सर मैंने 2012 में अपना बीटेक कंप्लीट किया। उसके बाद मैं गवर्नमेंट जॉब की प्रिपरेशन करने लगा। फिर 2016 में मैंने बेंगलुरु में डीटी इंजीनियर की जॉब की नेटवर्किंग फील्ड में। फिर उसके बाद कोविड के समय 2020 से 2022 में मैंने गवर्नमेंट कॉलेज से बीएड किया। फिर उसके बाद 2025 में मेरा सिलेक्शन बीपीएससी टीजीटी मैथ टीचर के रूप में हुआ। 15 मई 2025 से 15 अक्टूबर 2025 तक टीचिंग की जॉब करने के बाद मैंने वहां से रिजाइन दे दिया क्योंकि मेरा सिलेक्शन यूपी में हेल्थ डिपार्टमेंट में एज ए जूनियर असिस्टेंट हो गया। प्रेजेंट टाइम में मैं सीएमओ ऑफिस में एज ए जूनियर असिस्टेंट एंप्लाई हूं। मेरा क्वेश्चन यह है कि नंबर एक मैं अपने गैप 2012 से अब तक इसको किस प्रकार डिफाइन करूं इंटरव्यूअर के सामने? नंबर दो क्या मुझे बीपीएससी टीचर का एक्सपीरियंस बताना चाहिए या नहीं? नंबर तीन अगर मुझे एनओसी नहीं मिल पाती है तो मुझे क्या करना चाहिए? विदाउट एनओसी डायरेक्ट इंटरव्यू में चले जाना चाहिए या ?

    @kg_957431 Dear learner, regarding the gap, you should mention the genuine reason for taking the gap. For example, if you had family issues and had to take a gap because of them, you can mention that. Along with this, you can also mention that you used that time to teach children through tuitions. Second, you should mention your BPSC teaching experience as well. There is no problem in mentioning your experience—if you have worked there, you can clearly state that you have teaching experience there too. Third, KVS has mentioned that if you are currently working in a government organization, an NOC is compulsory. So, make sure you carry your NOC for the interview.
