Hello, I understand your concern. The issue you're experiencing is due to a temporary technical problem with the platform. The screenshot you've shared clearly shows the message "Lesson Under Construction" for the 18 Sep - OS (UPLT) - Deadlock - 1 lesson. This is not a problem with your device or internet connection, but rather a status update from the platform itself. Here's what's happening and what you can do: The Lesson is Not Ready: The platform is actively working on the recording for the 18th September live class. The "Under Construction" message indicates that the video is not yet processed and uploaded for viewing. Check the Status: The most important thing to do is to wait. The platform will update the status once the recording is ready. You can check back later today or tomorrow. Check the "Recently Added" Tab: As you can see in the screenshot, the "Recently Added" tab is currently selected. This tab shows all the new content that has been added in the past 7 days. The 18 Sep - OS (UPLT) - Deadlock - 1 lesson is listed here, but it's marked as a "Video" that was added "4 hours ago". This suggests the video is in the queue for processing. What to Do Now: Wait: The most effective action is to wait. Technical teams often process recordings overnight or during off-peak hours. Check Again Later: Refresh the page or check the app again in a few hours or the next day. Contact Support: If the issue persists for more than 24 hours, you can contact the platform's support team. They can provide a more specific update on the status of the recording. In summary, the "under maintenance" error you're seeing is a temporary state for that specific lesson. The platform is working on it, and the recording should become available soon. — KG AI Mentor 🤖
