Because we are an AI-focused company, you will leverage cutting-edge AI tools to streamline the creation of these materials, ensuring our content is both rapidly developed and technically flawless. Key Responsibilities
- Content Quality & Review: Take complete ownership of the educational materials delivered to students, including video lectures, structured notes, practice questions, and test series. You will rigorously review what is currently being provided, identify any scope for enhancement, and proactively upgrade the content to ensure we are always delivering the best.
- Student Interaction & Mentorship: Regularly interact with learners to understand their academic struggles and pinpoint exactly where they are falling behind. You will provide dedicated mentorship, solve their problems, and actively guide them toward tangible improvement.
- Course & Platform Evolution: Leverage your insights from content reviews and direct student interactions to drive the continuous improvement of our overall deliverables. You will actively contribute your ideas and efforts to elevate the quality of our courses and the KnowledgeGate platform as a whole.
Requirements
- A True Passion for Teaching: We want educators who are absolutely certain they want to build a long-term career in education. We are looking for driven candidates who want to build a successful and impactful career right here in the EdTech space.
- Proven Technical Expertise: You must be GATE qualified OR UGC NET qualified (specifically for Assistant Professor) in Computer Science.
- Camera-Ready Teaching Experience: You need to be completely comfortable facing the camera, with excellent communication skills. We want confident storytellers who know how to interact with students, deliver engaging live classes, and record clear video solutions. If you already have experience in the teaching field—whether offline, online, on an EdTech platform, or on YouTube—you will be given priority.
