Job Description
1. Academics: Deliver engaging and well-structured lectures on Teaching Pedagogy for various competitive examinations, including UP LT, UGC NET, State-level exams, and other government job entrance tests. 2. Exam Preparation: Guide and prepare students for MCQ/objective-type exams through comprehensive lectures, interactive practice sessions, detailed notes, and mock tests. Mentor students to enhance their conceptual clarity, speed, and accuracy in solving questions. 3. Content Development (Preferred): Contribute to the creation and improvement of high-quality study materials, question banks, and test series relevant to Teaching Pedagogy topics.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver recorded and live classes tailored to different competitive exam patterns.
- Create assignments, relevant study materials, question banks, and structured notes.
- Mentor and guide students to improve clarity, speed, and accuracy in problem-solving.
Requirements
- Prior online teaching experience (on YouTube/EdTech or remote platforms) – knowing the tech & tools required to teach online will be a strong advantage.
- Comfortable with bilingual delivery (Hindi + English).
- Strong subject fundamentals and genuine motivation for teaching and mentoring students.
