We are hiring Student Counselors (Sales Team) to interact with students on the KnowledgeGate platform, understand their learning needs, and recommend the right courses. Your main responsibility will be to counsel prospective students and help them choose the right program, while earning on a commission basis. 💰 This is a pure sales role with no fixed salary. Instead, you will earn a fixed commission on every student you successfully convert using your referral code. ⏰ Flexible working hours — no fixed timings. You may choose to work 2 hours, 3 hours, or even 10 hours a day depending on your comfort and effort. The more you counsel and convert, the more you earn. 📊 We provide a transparent sales dashboard, where you can track your conversions, performance, and earnings in real time, and also see how other counselors are performing. Key Responsibilities
- Interact with prospective students, understand their needs, and guide them to the right KnowledgeGate courses.
- Counsel and convert students into enrollments using your referral code to earn commission.
- Track your performance through the sales dashboard and maintain regular follow-ups with interested students.
Requirements
- Previous experience sales is preferred.
- A degree like B.Sc., BCA, or B.Tech. in Computer Science will be an added advantage.
- Should have good communication skills in English and a convincing attitude.
